- Preparing, Revising P6 Contract Baseline Schedule & Bi-weekly P6 construction updates
- Monitoring the site implementation of the approved contract schedule and tracking earned value & actual value in terms of cost.
- Daily, weekly & monthly progress reporting.
- Preparation of claims for entitlement cost and schedule impact as per signed contract documents.
- Preparation of two weeks looks ahead schedule and time impact analysis (TIA) for claims.
