Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of a baseline schedule in coordination with the project’s staff including timeframes, resources, equipment, submittals, cost loading and budgeting.
- Conducting site visits on regular basis and collecting necessary data as required to study projected progress and work schedule completion
- Performing weekly updates to follow up the progress and implement preventive / corrective actions.
Continuous project monitoring and cost control / comparing budget cost against actual cost and reconciliation with accounting department. - Earned Value Analysis (EVA)
- Providing feedback to Project Managers in case of projected over- or under-run in disbursements in comparison to project budgets and plans
- Providing continuous on-site support to the project staff and clarifying details pertaining to work plan
- Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required by clients and finding ways to achieve them with high efficiency and effectiveness
