Tube Lines has a 30 years Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract with London Underground for the maintenance and upgrade of the entire infrastructure on the Jubilee line, Northern line and Piccadilly line.
Project Handled
- UKP 2.1 billion Piccadilly line upgrade including rolling stock, signalling and enabling works.
- Managed master programme of Piccadilly line upgrade for executing the whole line upgrade including Enabling works, Rolling Stock, P-way and TBTC system within cost & time parameters.
- Effectively participated in the rolling stock tender evaluation process in terms of schedule, cost and their associated risk to the overall programme of the line upgrade.
