· Field Planning/Work List Management Briefing Field Planners on systems i.e. Introduction to planning norms, Job Method Statements, Material Control, Risk Assessments etc.
Leading Work list Management Meetings to define scope of works, maximum to-date 1400 jobs
Delivering Safety briefs.
· Primavera P3 Ver. 3 (Scheduling Tool) Populating P3 with activities showing duration, resources and resource budget quantity. Reporting from P3 total manpower requirements and establishing main trade man-hours. Producing pert layouts to identify and capture complex logic. Producing and reviewing Critical Path Network.
· Shutdown Activities. Generating analytical reports such as Float Reports, Resource Control and Forecasting, Graphical reports including SCurve Histograms and Resource Profiles. Emergent work management. Ensuring client authorisation, planning and completion.
· Plant Hand Over Collating Punch List items received from Quality Control and producing priority lists via PICS. Attending daily management hand over meetings to ensure start up integrity. Produce Close out Reports including lessons learned and hand over certification. Demobilise temporary accommodation, IT Equipment and services
· Employed initially as Planning/Cost Engineer by the Project Services Department involved in the day to day running of the support services, producing budgetary reports and staff allocation details on a monthly basis. Seconded out to various environments within Amec including Hole House Farm Gas storage Development, Amec Power – Leicester, working on various tender plans. Also jointly responsible for producing planning procedures and common reporting.
