5. Preparing S-Curves, Trend Charts and Quantity Charts for all disciplines.
6. Analysis of baseline to target schedule.
As Progress Monitoring “Preparing a weekly progress Package” Which included the following:-
1. Implementing pyramid system (Progress System)
2. Calculate percentage completion of the project accurately that including collecting data from site for all discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical…etc.).
3. Point out the activities that should be achieved to recover delaying of the progress.
4. Preparing reports for the actual progress quantities.
5. Preparing reports for the required quantity to recover the planned percentages.
6. Preparing a comparison between the forecast quantity VS the actual quantity.
7. Preparing reports for the delay activities and their impact in discipline and project.
