• Project Manager for the delivery of a SAP R/3 project in the Poultry Industry, which included the SD, MM, PP, QM, FI, CO, CO-PA modules. Project scope and value was extended to cope with the customer’s new requirements, from US$ 350 K to US$ 500 K.
