For the last year I have been developing and following the project schedulle of a petrochemical installation project located in Izmit, Turkey.

Also I got the PMP certification in May 2010.

Paul rejoined MWH in 2004 and over the last 6 years progressed from Planning Manager PCM for programmes to Manager of Project Controls to his current role of Technical Director of Project Controls for the Europe and Africa region. His team now supports the delivery of the current MWH Project and Programme portfolio of over £1.5 billion in the region. His team primarily works for the MWH operation with over 1500 EPC personnel in this part of the world but increasingly now provide advice and guidance to MWH external clients,

My scope of

Manager Project Controls & Estimating - Responsible for all aspects of project controls globally for Eli Lilly & Co, including developing, implementing and maintaining corporate proejct controls SOP's and best practices, providing training and mentoring to internal and external project team members, as well as provides guidance and assistance to project teams in the development and integration of project schedules, risk management and claims mitigation.

• Overall responsibility of the performance of my team and progress of the whole project from the preparation phase up to the handover to the client (conception, design, procurement, construction, handover phases).
• Management of the design phase of assigned projects in co-ordination with the engineers & consultants
• Prepare tender evaluation report & prepare recommendation for final approval from direct supervisor and concerned committees
• Manage the project team, administration tasks and their control
• Monitor and verify material submittals
