  • Enforcement of the Network Rail project change management process which produces actual forecast cost (AFC) and actual forecast value (AFV) reports.
  • Review and approval of budget and cost movements between subcontractors, Network Rail and Costain, to ensure the transaction is auditable and contractually valid.
  • Implementation of correct use of the online change management tool (“Salesforce”) through training sessions and presentations to the project commercial team.

2013 – 2015 Current works – Costain - London Bridge Station Revelopment (as part of the Thames link programme worth £6.5 Billion): I currently work for Costain at London Bridge Station Redevelopment, since working here I have experienced planning for civil works undertaken by Costain (otherwise known as self-delivery works) and Early works such as demolition, piling and drainage (which have been part self-delivery and part subcontracted). I do both short term and long term planning.
