I was responsible for all project’s planning and controlling works from project initiation to close out phases in order to meet business plan objectives. It was my responsibility to monitor, report, and verify progress and performance against project plan, prepare and maintain management 'S' Curves and manpower forecast, analyze deviations and proposed variations to evaluate the impact on the time frame and resource requirements, recommend remedial action to minimize effects of slippage in the plan (if any).

Lead Planner for Civil, External and Envelope works of the 400m long pier which serves 10 aircraft stands. Manage the planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, supplier liaison, and the interface of both internal / external teams and the client Heathrow Airports Ltd.
