H/O based responsibility to Review & analyze Contractor‘s program of work , Prepare design & construction (level – 1) programs for proposal teams, producing weekly and monthly progress reports , analyze adequacy of Contractor‘s Manpower & machinery allocation during bidding stage and evaluating EOT cases predominantly for the following projects utilizing P6.0

  • To prepare the Major Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) of different components of the Sialkot Lahore Motorway Project in consultation with all stakeholders.
  • To prepare the Baseline Construction Schedule for different Contract Packages of the Sialkot-Lahore Motorway using Primavera 3.0, 5.0and time location charts.
  • Working out the Resource and Equipment requirement based upon the schedule to incorporate in PQ & Tender Documents.
  • Preparing the Schedule for Design Phase, Land Acquisition and Relocation of Utilities coming in Right of Way. Statused on Primavera 6.0
  • Devise the Performance Reporting System of the Project based on Earned Value project Management System and as per Project Control System (PCS) specified by Directorate General Monitoring & Evaluation DGM&E.
  • Prepare plans to finish the projects from Initiating to Closing Phases using PMI Methodologies & Processes.
  • Rate Analysis of Major Highway Items.
  • Review of documents such as PC-1, Tender Drawings, BOQ and other Contract documents. Estimate the quantities of the Projects components.
  • To evaluate EOT & Cost claims using FIDIC.
  • Developed Project Proposals for Sialkot-Lahore Motorway considering different lane options and recommended the most economical and technically sound solution.
