Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract

Contract administration and monitoring critical activities.

Cost Control

Invoicing & PO processing

 Monitor site work progress, ensuring mitigation of any issues

Coordination with sub-contractors, vendors

Sorting out discrepancies in quality / delivery schedules of material / equipment

Expedite submission of dossiers for the approval of completed works

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports (3 week look ahead schedule, 3 month look ahead schedule, productivity reports)
