  •  SAMSUNG Engineering under EPCM Contract Services, Lump Sum Turn Key with a project value of USD $998MM+ (Contract No.SO2476) was developed brand new / greenfield facilities of Gas & Oil Separation plant (GOSP), with a crude oil target production level: 460,000 BPD (57,500 BPD/Train, 8 active + 1 spare) and gas target production level: 305 MMSCFD. Project consists of: • Water Intake: 650 m3/h; Water Intake Trunk line: 12,228 D/I 15.7 Km; • Well Pad facilities: 5 Clusters & Well Pad Trunk lines: 51,636 D/I 26.1 Km; • Oil Gathering System & CPF Plant: 2,050 m X 1,142 m = 2,341,100,1000 m2; • Accommodation Camp: 933m X 566m = 528,078 m2; • Power Transmissions: 132kV Transmission Line - 42.809 Km and 33kV Distribution Line - 20.685 Km; • And any other Variation Orders & Overhead Varian Works.
  •  Involved intensely in the preparation of developing the various planning and pre / commissioning proposals and constructability programs during assignment at SAMSUNG Head-Quarter in Seoul, then continued to dispatched to construction site in Basrah to engaged functions of coordinating, supervising, monitoring, controlling duties during execution of mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up.
  • • Prepared revision of Integrated BOQ of multi-disciplined works of project estimates for any plan project purposed, such as; GRID-FT (CMS), GRID-2.5 CM-Tool, Primavera P6 Master Schedule, Progress Measurement Unit, etc.
  • • Contributed to development of contract strategies documents, planning deliverable and alignment, detailed pre / commissioning plans and packages for system, sub system, quantity surveying, resources scheduling / cost, controlling multi-disciplined subcontractors. 
  • • Coordinated in development and implementation of systems completion processes and plans of mechanical completion for MC-1 and MC-2, prioritizing systems and sub-systems turnovers and system completion from the sub-system to component levels.
  • • Managed of regular updated progress master schedule in Primavera P6 Level 3/4 on 18,900's activities for maintaining company system and project teams review, oversight and approval.
  • • Performed assessment in analyses of critical path, earn value, risk, bottlenecks and variation, slippage and contingency plans to support project management teams in decision making. 
  • • Maintained and issued periodic reports of overall EPC progress, look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis and mitigation action plan, EVM performance analysis and forecasting, KPI reports, backlog reports, Punch list management, etc.
  • • Interfaced with clients for the project progress and to minimize schedule impact and cost impact.
  • • Complied with Lukoil HSE safety policies and applicable Iraqi government, client regulations.
