Stint at the Ford centre of excellence Dunton working on the development of a new diesel engine followed by several years on pipelines from large dia clean water to foul water, gas and electric.

Senior Planning Engineer I am the senior planner on a £114 million upgrade to improve the River Ribble estuary and the coastal environment flood defence project on behalf of United Utilities. This involves building a 3.5 km long storm water storage tunnel in the Preston and Penwortham areas. This will bring significant environmental improvements to the Fylde coast bathing waters and designated shellfish beds located within the Ribble Estuary.
