Worked as a Senior Delay Analyst at GMCS working on the following claims for projects within the UAE and Qatar: 

  • June 2017 – Haydon MEP, Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

Worked as the delay analyst providing forensic analysis for the MEP Contractor (Haydon) investigating delay events on their document management system Aconex and provided tabulated results to form the basis for delay fragnets.

  • Mar 2017 – June 2017, MKM Commercial Holdings, WAFI (380M AED) - 54 Storey Hotel Complex & Mall Expansion including Hypermarket, Cinema and Car Park, Dubai, UAE.

Worked as the delay analyst providing the Client with independent engineer’s decision reports using time impact analysis methodology for 4No. Contractor’s claims received for extensions of time under Clause 67. The Client had lost faith in the Engineer’s ability to assess and prepare determinations for the Contractor’s claim submissions so required independent reports.

  • February 2017, QIIB Tower Fitout for North Oil Company, Doha, Qatar

Advised the Client (North Oil) on the preparation of their baseline programme for 27 storeys fit-out of 52 storey tower building. Liaised with the relevant Consultants and Clients to provide realistic programme options.

  • Nov 2016 – Jul 2017, Mirfa International Water & Power Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Worked within a team representing the Client (MIPCO) assessing 3 No. Contractor’s claims prepared and submitted by Hill International for extensions of time on a new power and water plant. All delay events were investigated to determine the effect on key completion milestones for ‘Early Power Units’, ‘Open Cycle GT Units’, ‘New Reverse Osmosis Plant’ and ‘Overall Completion’ on the power and water plant preparing substantiated chronologies and delay analysis checks.
