Analyze, monitor, and report on project cost and schedule information to assist project teams in managing projects by making more informed and timely decisions. Forecast costs for all project phases. Evaluate project invoices, documenting costs and analyzing impact relative to anticipated costs. Analyze, monitor, and report key pre-construction, and construction activities, including critical approval dates. Review contractor construction schedules for compliance and document variance in a written report. Review all contractor monthly schedule updates for contract compliance and review schedule critical path. Conduct earned value analysis. Participate in integrated planning sessions and value engineering. Prepare master schedule at inception of the project.
