This project entails modifications to 6.9 miles of the existing Interstate 90 highway – including a floating bridge and two tunnels.

Position Scope:

1. Assisted Project Management with planning and development of change orders, PCR’s, variance reports, and final proposed change order, for scope and budgets.
2. Developed a new contractual final design schedule as a baseline in advancement of 90% design per final signed CTC.
3. Produced Monthly Progress update. 
4. Supervised Estimating and Construction task for Cost Estimators and Construction Schedule.  Reviewed Construction Schedule in support of GCCM MACC contract negotiations.
5. Developed early contract breakout packages from the 60% construction schedule for early procurement completion timeframes for design to the GCCM construction contractor per the contracts.
6. Supervised project admin staff for WBS snapshot and invoices costs for project team.  Monitored task actuals, change control log, and new change management PCR’s.
7. Verified Scope for third party reviews with various agencies and monitored deliverables for contract review times for timely reviews.
8. Provided project status information and support to the Project Manager, design manager, and client.
9. Produced 675-line cost loaded design baseline schedule with a $21 M design budget for a June 16, 2016 90% design and Dec 14, 2016 100% design completion dates.
