About me: -

I am construction professional with a record of successfully providing complete commercial services on large and medium Multi-million-pound construction projects up to a value of £75m, for top tier clients, from conception to completion.

Working at a senior level of the industry has allowed me to work across a very broad spectrum of projects and in many sectors. I have been responsible and successful at all aspects of commercial management.

I get involved in project management, project planning and design management. I am at my best when I am total immersed in all of these roles with the responsibility to make decisions utilising my practical and honest approach to business.

I am a loyal, dependable and insightful person who can work to tight procedures or completely out of the box, with problem solving and solution finding being part of my personality, this combined with a straight forward attitude and practical common sense I can be a benefit to any client or employer.

I am able to forge teams and lead by example with my direct and honourable approach, I believe in having a challenging and meritocratic approach to management and in tandem with looking for talents and skills in individuals not always regarded as ambitious or talented– this is normally beneficial for the individual and the company.

During my career I have also trained both my sons to Honours degree level as Commercial mangers,quantity surveyor’s and Project managers.
