Project Control tasks. He is responsible follow up payment approvals process for more than 30 different global mega projects till being paid to vendors. Also, coordinate approvals of cost plus contracts procurement processes. Coordinate budget approvals. Expedite the final account process for closing contract. He Participates in Contract/payment data to transfer to web app. including variation modules, design of output reports. He prepares master schedules for projects. Review project detailed schedules and monthly reports. He was responsible to prepare monthly progress reports for Asia projects (Syria, Turkey, and Tajikistan). He coordinated and participated projects’ controls department policies & procedures.

He was responsible as a planning manager for a fast track touristic resort at an Island, Eritrea costs USD 220 M. The project comprises two Luxury Villas with a marine jetty, helipad, Utility buildings and 47 bungalows. The duties include review of the cost estimate of a cost plus design build contract. Also the review and approval of the detailed construction program is a main task as well as review the approval of the contractors purchase orders and monitor the budget against. The actual expenditure and inventory system are monitored as well. Prepare the Monthly Progress Report and the weekly executive report as well. Participate in the coordination meeting as well as cost estimate review meeting with the contractor. Review and evaluate claims of time and cost. Assessment of the unit prices of the main items as well as allocation of the actual expenditure against the budget codes for close monitor of budget and productivity.
