• Took the lead for a number of programmes related to the delivery of a project to deconstruct one of the legacy R&D Reactors for Magnox
• Developed, with information I collated, a detailed construction programme that included a complicated Mechanical and Electrical installation phase.
• Rebaselined the contract programme with the civils and M&E installation sequence including the dependencies of the Safety Case Logic required ahead of major construction.
• Instigated a tracking system for the remaining design deliverables required for the completion of one of the safety cases critical for the completion of the programme.
• Built a relationship with the Client Senior Project Manager that led to a more trusting environment, which then drove the client to accept submitted programmes (there had been a culture of contradictory outputs which led to erosion of confidence in the ability to complete the scope of works)
