Study contract documents for information necessary to develop detailed construction program. Preparing construction schedule detailing stages and sequence of work order and interdependence of activities, dates for submittals, and return of submittals, cash flow, and manpower assignments.
Preparation of S-curve, Manpower Histogram and 3-Week Look Ahead Schedule.
Updating Schedule & Comparison with the Planned Schedule.
Identification of Critical Activities and Co-ordination with Construction department to improve the Progress.
Responsible for review on Construction contractors' schedules and Progress Reports, provide comments and suggest corrective action.
Resourced monitored at agreed interval actual progress of works and update the master program logic to reflect any variance, V.O., changes in sequence / method, etc.
Monitor site progress with reference to related targets by regular updates of project program, highlight and analyze the areas of delays
