Produce and maintain programme and portfolio level plans

• Perform analysis and produce sound evidence to decision makers,

• Promote efficiency and effectiveness within the Programmes.

• Lead the planning team to develop and maintain Programme Plans:-Programme planning involving producing Level 1, 2 and 3 programme plans for specific audiences (from work-shopping to formal sign off and updating) and visual representation of plans using  Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel.

• Programme reporting - produce management information reporting packs for senior stakeholders and governance boards (Secretary of State, Programme Board, Steering Group)

• Project Management - work alongside 5 subject matter experts / work stream leads to produce

clear, meaningful unambiguous product based plans and enable structured environment to ensure

Successful delivery of Intranet project

• Risk Management - Ensuring that programme and work stream risk, issue and opportunity

• Arrangement and administering of programme meetings, steering groups, checkpoint meetings and

Stakeholder Boards. Production of minutes and actions.

Was responsible for the financial management of all projects, including full procurement and tendering

Processes, JCT / NEC contract management and project governance / PMO controls using Prince2 and

LEAN methodologies. I was also responsible for public consultation, SHEQ management - including CDM 2015 compliance (in, variously, a client and principal designer role) and environmental policy control, including drainage and SUDs project work.
