Responsibilities handled:

 

  • Identification, monitoring and streamlining of critical paths running through the project master schedule and individual contracts.
  • Review and tracking of project master schedule and resource histogram.
  • Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverables, contract milestones, durations and resources.
  • Monthly report generation for client and management review.
  • Aligning company structured WBS with work scope.
  • Generating internal reports and review of external reports from clients for follow up on any issues.
  • Collation of expenses substantiation and preparation of invoice amounts for accounts to prepare invoice, review of final invoice/documentation and issue to client
  • Monitor the progress and review the overall progress status (Actual vs. Planned) with the Project Managers.
  • Prepare the recovery schedules and accordingly modify the resource allocation for major program slippages.
  • Collating and updating RFI log and risk register.
  • Involved in the preparation of proposals.
  • Preparation and review of project payments to clients.
  • Collation of expenses substantiation and preparation of invoice amounts for accounts to prepare invoice, review of final invoice/documentation and issue to client.
  • Liaising with project team members and sub consultants to ensure timely submission of deliverables.
