Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Retail sector Heads
  • Responsible for the planning, Projects Control & coordination of all Tenders and Contract proposals/Projects as well as providing full support to contracts awarded.
  • Full Involvement in the Tendering Process,
    • Risk Assessment& Management.
    • Value Engineering.
    • Appoint/Brief & Oversee Design Team
    • Tender Strategy
    • Tender Documentation and submission
    • Tender Adjudication
    • Tender Interviews& Presentations
  • Recent achievement Set up and Maintain an overall Planning Platform (ASTA Enterprise) integrated with Corporate & Client Governances
  • Ensure Coordination and the necessary support and information is provided for sites to undertake their obligations
  • Accountable for ensuring that all agreed KPI’s were identified, tracked and achieved.
  • Providing all necessary planning and methodology requirements for both Tender and Construction purposes and take active role in assessing all risks and communicating these effectively to all.
  • Meet regularly with key clients to keep abreast of their requirements and to provide constructive feedback to improve and maintain a quality partnership.
  • Provide Operational support if required to Contracts Manager and Operations Managers when logistically necessary.
