Shared Services (2011 – Present)

·         Take the lead pan-QinetiQ controlled data (ITAR / EAR and foreign) management and compliance improvement projects.

·         Spearhead implementation of SAP extension to support on-shoring of finance functions.

·         Orchestrate pan-QinetiQ change control process expert group; developing and embedding consistent scalable change control processes.

·         Provide project assurance and mentoring to colleagues to drive optimal quality of service delivery.

New Technologies (Sensors)(2010)

·         Led and turned around a critical strategic commercial / MOD / DSTL product development portfolio for gas turbine (jet) sensors for flight and power generation applications.

Oil and Gas Group (2008)

·         Managed a large portfolio of simultaneous business critical (£2m+) product development, research and consultancy projects targeted at increased safety and efficiency throughout the oil & gas industry. 

·         Gained experience of ATEX/IECEx certification (intrinsic safety) and technology export / import issues to global locations (incl. US). 

·         Developed and maintained customer and supplier relationships; e.g. Shell, BP, BAE Systems to leverage engagement.
