 Assist Project Manager in plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction. Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision. Understand and perform document control functions in accordance with on-site policy and procedures. Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required. Monitor the project’s guiding documents to ensure it meets obligations on a timely basis; maintain communication with the Project Manager on all contractual items  Draft monthly reports for projects’ utility and Prepare internal reports Prepare weekly agendas for project team meetings  Maintain effective communications with Project Managers  Identify and ensure Company complies with all notification procedures within project agreements  Review project Gantt charts to assure that planned activities coordinate with project agreements  Assist Project Management team in conducting internal project audits in the form of contract, design and construction review  Manage project budgets and resource allocation;  Implement a project controls process and obtain necessary approvals to proceed at each stage;  Plan and schedule project activities and  timelines;  Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;  Arrange project evaluations and assessment of results;  Support business development and tenders;  Manages budgets and performs periodic cost and productivity analysis  Develop productive relationships with stakeholders  Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities  Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope  Preparation of delay time analysis.  Resolved any variances on the contract schedule and developed skills in planning projects  Ensure lessons learnt workshops and documentation is prepared and made available for the benefit of future projects
