Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management

Managing planning strategy and sequence of construction with planning manager and external stakeholders

Incorporate new scopes into the programme of work and descoping works which are no more required

Assist in the trend & change process, Including analysis of schedule impact, generating performance indicators and providing feedback on areas of risk and opportunities

Constantly reviewing the P6 schedule or programme of work to ensure planning and contract requirements are followed while checking for bad planning practices
