Communicate with influence all levels of organization.Preparing correspondence to contractor for the project.Checking of contractor’s monthly invoice to enable quantity surveyor to release the amount.Manage team staff and contractors.Coordination with authority’s representative.Supervise the survey team and provide the relevant drawings with coordinates And levels.To prepare & Sign the Daily Site report for submission to client.Identification of Project Scope Preparation of Project Baseline Schedule.Implementation of a project baseline schedule & ensuring timely completion.Reviewing different sections of Weekly & Monthly Reports containing Manpower histograms, Delivery Schedule of Long Lead Items, and other related disciplines.Monitoring daily activities on site.Attend weekly meetings with Consultant & Client and deliver information about the current status of the project
