Support SOX compliance evidence as part of responding to both internal and external technology audit compliance requests.  Performed gap analysis of existing business processes, assisted in the documentation of new automation process improvements. 

Revised, edited and proofread SOX documentation to reflect latest changes for system migrations and updates, Create/update process flows as required (i.e. narrative, test plans, flow charts, and exception logs.) worked  directly with process owners and follow up to ensure changes required to improve the control environment were properly implemented and completed in timely manner.

Collaborated with Process Owners to understand current processes and ensure the SOX documentation reflects the latest changes to business processes. 

Responsible for tracking all aspects of SOX and other process improvement projects, scheduling meeting with SOX participants, reporting on tasks or obstacles which may potentially cause delays, and following up with Subsidiaries and SOX participants on the status of SOX requests.

Responsible for preparing the IT department weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports, staffing and consulting resource pipeline report, department operations budget report.
