• Prepare tender proposal, fabrication and modular assembly works schedules.
• Develop baseline schedules in Primavera P6 as per scope of work.
• Maintain and update multiple schedules.
• Liaise with construction and engineering team for progress update and produce weekly / monthly progress reports.
• Provide monthly data to cost controller and project manager for cash flow forecast.
• Forecast on manning requirements provided to upper management on a regular basis.
• Perform critical path analysis and highlight any deviations to project manager.

Project: Finucane Island Blending Yards Systems, Pilbara Region, Western Australia
Project Scope: The scope of works included the supply, fabrication, modularization and assembly of three systems, which consisted of 36 pre-assembled modules and total weight of approximately 2300 tonne.

Client: FAST JV - Fluor SKM Iron Ore Joint Venture for BHP Billiton
Project: Nelson Point and Finucane Island Expansion, Pilbara Region, Australia
Project Scope: The scope of works included the supply and fabrication of approximately 11,000 tonne of structural steel, conveyors, transfer stations, shuttles, plate work associated with the Nelson Point and Finucane Island Upgrade.

Project: Gorgon Downstream LNG Project, Barrow Island, Western Australia
Project Scope: The scope of work included the steelwork fabrication and subassembly of over 11,000 tonne of structural steel, platforms, ladders and handrail for the following areas: 6 Off 1000t Mixed Refrigerant Compressor buildings, 3 Off Main Cryogenic Heat exchangers, 3 Off Amine Absorbers, 3 Off Amine Regenerator Units, 3 Off HP Fuel Gas Mixing Units, 6 Off Waste Heat Recovery Units, Condensate Storage Facility, MEG Tank Storage Facility, Pipe Racks, Pipe Supports & Valve Access Platforms, Power Generation Units. In addition, preassembly of modular frames in various configurations and both carbon and stainless steel pipe supports.

Project Scope: The scope of work included Fabrication of 6 Slot Manifold, PLEM, 17 x Goosenecks. Support and site services through factory acceptance and systems integration testing.

Project Scope: The scope included the supply, fabrication and assembly of 450 tonne of a single tandem iron ore railcar dumper.
