Planning Engineer / Project Scheduler, PT Freeport Indonesia, Conveyor C232/233 Lower Wanagon Overhead System

·         Prepare master and detail EPCC project schedule, overall planning, forecast, monitor, and control resource requirement for Capital construction project to meet contraction objectives within time, approved budget, and client satisfactory.

·         Prepare manpower and equipment scheduling (resource leveling) based on approved capital project list as a tool to optimize and effective work force and equipment utilization, justification for additional/reduction resources, and to schedule capital project implementation.

·         Coordinate with Engineering Department for drawing delivery in order to prepare and calculate work force and materials schedules to support construction completed on time.

·         Prepare material delivery schedule and coordinate with Technical Services to proceed with PO requisition arrangements to ensure material are delivered as schedule and in line with construction schedule.

·         Coordinate with LIP fabrication shop for steel delivery, with Material Management for material delivery to ensure all delivery are made as schedule to support project to complete ahead or on schedule.

·         Prepare and maintain target engineering, procurement and construction schedule and required construction resources for every SIB capital project and discuss with project engineer and construction area manager to get their approval.

·         Prepare S-Curve target for every approved construction schedule as a tool to monitor and control construction performance, compare with the actual performance, analyze variance and provide feedback to field construction supervisor to improve performance to achieve project completion ahead or on schedule

·         Prepare 3 weeks rolling schedule and present it on weekly basis to field construction supervisors and foreman to deliver information both schedule and target to ensure well understanding to support timely project completion

·         Prepare weekly and monthly project slides, updated summary, QURR, prepare construction narrative as a management tools to monitor progress and measure performance.

·         Conducting and lead regular project coordination meeting and incidental project meeting as required.
