Reporting to the Regional Manager, responsible for providing planning support on bids and carrying out the Project Controls role on several Projects:
Eagle P3 Project for Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD). Value US$2.1 Billion – BBRI was responsible for the Track installation, traction power, communications and signalling systems. I prepared the baseline, cost and resource loaded programme, for the Phase 1 and along with my Fluor colleagues, produced the successful bid programme for Phase 2.
FasTracks West Corridor Light Rail Transit (LRT) Systems Construction Services Contract for RTD Denver. Value US$36 Million - BBRI was the Main Contractor for the provision of overhead line equipment (OLE), traction power substations, and signal system elements of the 12.1 miles West Corridor Project. I produced the Baseline Programme and maintained the Critical Path Method (CPM) programme for this project, calculated the earned value for payment and contributed to the reporting.
Los Angeles Mid City/EXPO LRT Project for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). Value US$22 Million – Working closely with the Main Contractor to produce a coordinated and integrated programme for this 7.4-mile light rail project. I developed the track work baseline programme and maintained the track work portion of the CPM Schedule.
Gold Line EastSide Extension for LA MTA US$57 Million - Developed and maintained the rail systems portion of the Prime Contractors Programme and worked in partnership with the Prime Contractor to produce and maintain an integrated programme. Completing progress reports and overseeing schedule mitigation and schedule impact analysis. I also created and maintained a detailed programme for the integrated testing and commissioning of the power, communication and signalling systems to bring these installed systems into use.
