  • Prepare Manpower & Equipment Requirement using Primavera & Spreadsheet.
  • Update and Prepare weekly and monthly progress report.
  • Prepare drawing plans using Autocad software
  • Quantity take-off and prepare bill of materials.
  • Check the accuracy of drawings and quantities of materials.
  • Setting out, level and survey the site.
  • Supplier liaison.
  • Oversee the selection, requisition and costs of materials to be used in construction.
  • Procure all materials and equipments to be used for the duration of the project.
  • Supervise Sub-contractors and monitor the progress of construction.
