  • Take-off and scope of work, as well as development of project master program
  • Prepare Project Execution Plan (P.E.P) for the implementation phases.
  • Provide direction to ensure projects are executed successfully, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Contribute to a company's capacity to fulfill strategic goals such as: projects are staying within the planned time & budget, enterprise resources are used in the most efficient way possible, all initiatives are subject to continual risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Maintain client interactions throughout the project schedule by working closely with client stakeholders, and comprehension of the discipline necessary to fulfill the most demanding clients' quality standards in all construction sectors.
  • Establishment of accurate & up-to-date program metrics to define the status of projects across the portfolio.
  • Development of project/ client specific processes & procedures: PMS, micro detailed programme, progress reporting, procedures, client tract register, and Automation of procurement & KPI tracker.
  • Track project progress according to integration milestones and goals and manage possible risks.
  • Examine the baseline schedule and track critical activities to ensure its accuracy for use in delay analysis.
  • Develop, execute and review of Construction Claims strategies and programs
  • Works with all contract s parties while claims development stage to manage, settle, or deny claims.
  • Familiar with International Standard Contract (FIDIC) & Delay and Disruption protocol
  • Responsible for overseeing, reviewing, assessing, and managing of assigned construction claims
  • Guide engineer and contractor on how to approach any potential corrective strategy action plan creation that relate to delay events
  • Manage delay analysis process for all planning/time elements of claims
  • Contributing to the identification and documentation of delays and chronology of events as they relate to construction claims and/or change orders.
  • Prepare expert report with respect to the entitlement for extension of time and additional cost through providing delay and quantum analysis
  • Prepare expert report as part of litigation proceedings with respect to the damages caused by the subcontractor which includes the delays and carious costs incurred by the Contractor due to the occurrence of the Subcontractor’s defaults
  • Provide a third-party opinion report with respect to the contractor’s entitlement to payment for a list of variations which were rejected by the Employer
