Lead Planning Engineer, Thales Engineering, 4LM Underground Upgrade

I was the lead planning engineer for Thales Group on the £778 million Sub Surface Re-Signaling project on parts of the District, Metropolitan, Hammersmith and City & Circle Lines.

 

I performed schedule updates, produced weekly, monthly & quarterly reports, calculated weekly earned value, performed weekly/monthly sub-contractor schedule management, EOT requests/reviews, EWN’s, claim management, risk management/mitigation, produce S curves, commodity curves, resource histograms, daily, weekly & monthly progress reporting, weekly management dashboard & weekly client presentation.

 

I Managed all sub-contractors programme & planning by holding weekly/bi-weekly or monthly reviews dependent on the scheme & sub-contractor and regularly reviewing and interrogating all programmes & CTR’s to highlight any issues, risks or potential advancements in the projects.
