Responsibilities:

•       Part of the In-house Project Management Team of the Company

•       Reported directly to the Chief Operating Offer

•       Developed Integrated Master Schedule of the Projects Management Software (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Primavera 6.0)

•       Took lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations as requested and checks confirm that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.

•       Performed what if analysis

•       Developed and established Project Control System to be implemented during the execution of the projects

•       Assisted in the preparation of the business plan by estimating capital expenditures such as consumption cost, plant and equipment cost, electromechanical cost and cash flow.

•       Performed budget control to make sure that major purchases of CAPEX such as contracts and plant & Equipment are within the approved budget as per business plan.

•       Reviewed and approves invoice verification for payment

•       Involved in the preparation of reports to the Board of Directors.

•       Assisted in the Technical and Financial Evaluation of Tender

•       Coordinated with the design Consultant for the preparation of Tender documents such as Bill of Quantities specification and drawings

•       Evaluated Extension of Time and Cost Claims of the Contractor and make recommendation to the Board of Director for approval.
