·   Assisting 3 Project Managers for 5 high rise towers in administration and correspondence

·   Planning resources & cost control of the associated projects

·   Updating Cost reports and preparing Monthly Financial Snapshots for all design projects in the office.

·   Involved in regional resource planning using tools like Primavera, Microsoft Project & Excel

·   Preparation of Tender Documentation & Consultancy Agreements

·   Acting as Client & Design Team liaison officer

·   Liaising with Statutory Authorities for permits and approvals  

·   Involved in various historical data collection and analysis exercises
