Prepare weekly & monthly reports including delay analysis for client's higher management. 
Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client and Contractor as required. 
Preparation of Baseline and Update Program on Design Stage. 
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advises project manager. 
Monitor Submittals (Shop Drawing, Material etc.) and Procurement activities. 
Review Recovery and Accelerated programs to support project delivery on time. 
Prepare Cash-flows and actualizing the same with the actual situations of project. 
Review the actual progress against planned schedule, evaluate the variance and prepare a list of outstanding critical activities. 
Develop project progress / status reports, critical path, trend analyses and performance evaluation. 
Regular visit to Project site for monitoring of site activities in respect of Safety and Progress and advice Resident Eng. of findings, area of concern and corrective action. 
Analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs and performance. 
Monitor material status reports against construction schedules and review them with procurement and construction groups. 
Resources and Cost analysis. 
Review and monitor in timely manner, the Contractors proposed construction equipment and manpower histogram and advice Project Manager of any shortage. 
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Review, analyzes and provide comments or corrective action and approvals on Contractor schedule. 
Monitor day to day work progress and reviewing monthly program and report. 
Analyze progress reports against current baseline schedules. 
Identifying any potential delays and recommended strategies to avoid such delays. 
Manage and review the daily, weekly and monthly progress report. 
Extension of time (EOT) Claims and Delay analysis.
