- Managed a six person Project Controls team
- Auditing historical invoices
- Review and approval of current invoices
- Reconciling cost tracking documents,

- EAC forecasting.
- Participated in contract negotiations, claims avoidance, and risk analysis.
- Developed the cost management, schedule management, and change management plans for future projects
- Translating Microsoft Projects schedule to P6 for a $10million project in Mexico
- Preparing cost tracking documents for the project controls group in Mexico
