A1 Motorway - Poland

Main Duties:Production of detailed construction programme for new build 60km motorway project, monitoring and updating progress, cost & resource monitoring (concrete, aggregate, bituminous) scheduling and re-scheduling, regular reports, Cost Performance Index, S-Curve, Critical Path Analysis, cash flows. Assisting Project Managers during planning and construction stage of project. Development of schedule layouts to show information requested using Primavera P6 software.

Skanska Senior Planner

• Develop tool install schedule for post passivation/sort conversion utilizing intertool logic & tool frequency rule
• Build resource matrix for five trades from BOQ’s and estimates. Load resource data into P3e/c and update with reconciliation data.
• Create schedule reports and indicators for presentation at weekly coordination and operations meetings.
• Participate in P3 users group meetings. Provide user testing for new application software.
• Develop conversion schedules for existing facilities.
