Responsible for the Planning & Cost Control Department in a Composite organization, providing comprehensive Project Management Solutions from Tender Stage to the formal Closing-out of the projects and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director.
• Development & Implementation of Project Management Information System (PMIS) and Project Controls / Cost Control Procedures.
Plan, Manage all the company projects schedule and cost control. Prepare and liaise between all sub contractors and main contractors programs. Verify any changes to the schedule. Prepare and initiate reports in weekly and monthly basis. prepare and manage EOT claims. Follow up and monitoring the progress on site and give guidances for onsite team to mitigate any delays and avoid any overbudget cost. Establish the cost control system and managing its implementation in all company's projects.
