Program Manager for 1.5 million dollar effort involving 15 separate projects under the umbrella of a Data Center Relocation and Expansion Program. Additionally, managed several critical projects for this international insurance firm. Responsible for integrated timelines and dependent Service Level Agreements involving both Infrastructure and Software development initiatives. Later as Program manager for the Projects Groups, managed five project managers and the company IT projects.

Key Accomplishments:

• Program Manager for 1.5 million dollar Data Center Relocation and Expansion Program

• Migrated 200+ servers and 163 applications

• New SAN V-MAX storage platform and an all new fiber backbone network

• Clustering of production SQL Databases

• Conversion of 90% of the Physical Servers to a Virtual platform
