Mr. Hendershot is the founder and managing member of Hendershot Consulting, LLC (HC).He has thirty six (36) years of experience in various capacities at professional consulting firms, large commercial construction companies, government contractors and large insurance/surety companies.

Professional experience includes both fundamental hands-on field/project experience and executive management positions to majority ownership positions in professional disputes resolution consulting firms. Mr. Hendershot's professional emphasis are in the disciplines of risk management; project management; contract and subcontract administration; contract negotiations; forensic scheduling methods & techniques; delay/disruption & productivity analysis techniques; discrete and cumulative impact quantum development & analysis; actual cost damages analysis; document control & retrieval system support; quality management system (QMS) implementation; subcontractor prequalification program development & implementation; operational & financial due diligence assessments; and Subguard® proof of loss claims.

Finally, Mr. Hendershot has a law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Mr. Hendershot has personally prepared, defended and resolved hundreds of highly complex construction, industrial, manufacturing and federal contracting claims. As a professional consultant, Mr. Hendershot has provided expert support services to projects involving every discipline and aspect of the construction, industrial, manufacturing and Federal market segments. Mr. Hendershot is the nations only qualified Plaintiff's expert witness in Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) (Subguard®) Proof of Loss damages, indirect schedule analysis and SDI policy interpretation. Mr. Hendershot has testified as an expert in depositions and AAA hearings for both Subguard® and SDI coverage disputes.
