From the experience I have gained from the industry’s I’ve been involved in, I have found that there are many gaps in sound planning practices and have developed  processes and systems to counter these problem areas.

My Strengths are as follows:

• I am highly experienced in the development of levels 3 to 5 Construction schedules.
• I am a strong believer in the importance of a baseline.
• Ability to track progress and identify trends in slippage as well as resource underperformance.
• I can analyse Contractor schedules and identify gaps in the critical path and resource over utilisation.
• I can develop a master schedule and monitor the sub element schedules and report on earned value analysis, baseline verses actual progress and resource requirements at a sub-element or high level depending on the requirement.
• I can train, mentor and advise other planners and Project Managers in the correct processes and systems required to maintain firm control of a project.
• Cashflow and schedule analysis of forecast verses actual work done.
