3) Installation of Pre-fabricated building (Lime stone & shell storage yard) covering an area of 2000sqm.
4) Direct execution of assembly work, checking the alignment as per approved drawing and finally offer the same to Lafarge/client for inspection and maintaining all the necessary documentation work.
5) I controlled the entire activity with a group of 80 (eighty) skilled/semi-skilled & unskilled workman and technician. I plan the day to day programme, prepare the micro schedule in line with overall target schedule and monitor the job in every stage.
