Phil has over 20 years’ experience as a specialist in the field of project controls. During that period, he has honed his skills in the application of his engineering background to the management of scope, time and budget on major resource and infrastructure projects.  Specific industry experience has been gained in mining, minerals processing, oil and gas, road and public utility infrastructure construction projects.  Project delivery experience has been gained across Design and Construction, EPCM and Alliance delivery methodologies representing both Owner’s and Contractor’s teams.

Phil is familiar with all phases of projects with experience from concept studies through to execution, handover and close out.

  • Development and maintenance of project schedules (Primavera P6 & P3, Suretrack, MS Project) using critical path method schedule techniques

  • Monthly reporting of costs, schedule and progress to management, clients and stakeholders
