Mr. GOMAA was working as Consultant in Project Management (CM) for New Tripoli International Airport (Tripoli - Libya) as Project Control Manager ( under the umbrella of Aeroport de Paris / Arteliagroup ) as Consultant ., responsible with his team for all the Contractors Project Time Schedules ,Plant and Manpower Controls Costing and Follow-up as Cost-Plus Contract and Lump Sum Contract after the Contract conversion, Before this assignment, he was working in Cyprus for J&P (O) Engineering as a Project Management Consultant to manage the company C.C. Schedules (CCS) through the Project Management Teams to manage the construction process also to control the project’s Time and Cost for EK Engineering Centre Airline support facilities project at Dubai International Airport, New Doha International Airport [NDIA] Master Time Schedule during the Estimating Stage .Before this assignment, he was in charge to coordinate and prepare all the Time plans for New Queen Alia International Airport at Jordan [BOT]. Before this assignment, he was in charge to coordinate and prepare all the Time plans for New Larnaca and Pafos International Airports at Cyprus [BOT] .Before this assignment he was Senior Planning Manager to Four season hotel resorts in Sharm Elshikh responsible to Manage and Control Time and Cost for this Fast Track nature Project at same time support and responsible for the Time Plans for the Estimating and Engineering Dept,. At Cyprus Headquarters. Before his activity in Europe, Mr.Gomaa was in charge of Time and cost control as a Senior Planning Manager for Miami Island Resorts , as lump sum contract working to African Consultant Office (CM)
