I am an experienced, successful and accredited Project, Programme, Portfolio andPMO Manager.  I have a particular skill in turning round projects and programmes that are ‘in trouble’ and I have an earned reputation for getting things done.  I manage complex stakeholder relationships by building strong personal and corporate links with people.  A particular speciality is the definition and management of technical and business risks.

I have extensive experience across a number of industries, including banking, finance, insurance, defence, telecommunications and Government.  I have a reputation for the effective management of projects and programmes where the need to focus on benefits and impacts is paramount.

I started my PM career in Project Planning and still revert to planning fundamentals when managing projects and programmes.
