If this report is just to be used at a bi-weekly client meeting, I would keep it brief -no more than 3 pages of A4.

I would include the following:

1) EV vs PV (SPI or SV) at overall project level, and at lower levels of the wbs, as appropriate

2) %age of the activities due to complete in the (bi-weekly) reporting period, that were completed on time or early

3) Any activities on the critical path that have slipped, with commentary covering: how much delay, root cause of delay, and corrective actions to recover delay

4) Any activities that have slipped, that also have a total float of less than the (two week) reporting period

5) Any activities that have slipped by more than 4 days in the period.

6) Any trends of activites or issues that appear in the above and in previous reports

7) Any issues or risks which might impact planned progress for the next period, with mitigations to be taken
