Critical Tools is not necessary with P6 as its functionnalities already exist in the software:
PERT Network: display the Activities workspace, then click Activity Network on the toolbar at the top of the screen
WBS diagram: display the WBS workspace, then click Chart View on the toolbar at the top of the screen
