(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

i have run into a new problem. I created a project with project activity codes(P6.2) . now i want to use the same codes for other projects in the same eps, so i tried to conver them to the EPS codes.
As soon as a project activity codes are converted to EPS codes, i loose their existing allocation in the project and my project becomes void of codes allocation.
is there any way around it?

When you make the activity codes to EPS codes, make sure you create a copy of that activity codes from the Project and that newly copied activity codes you can convert it to EPS codes and put it to your new project.

I think your problem is relative to Group & Sort By.
Right Click on Projects window select Group & Sort By - Organized the projects accordingly.

When you create EPS code, this belongs to node.
Projects you have created must be below this node.
